Yes, we are bonded and insured. An accident or injury during the house cleaning time is covered and does not involve your insurance in any way.

We understand life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to compensate for lost time and travel.

Absolutely. Our cleaning technicians are well-trained and experienced and have direct communication with you and the manager. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service, we assure you we make things right in the less time possible.
